Sew a Personalized Camp Tote Bag Full-Day Sewing Camp | Grades 2–8 All materials included Getting ready for camp or sleep-away camp? This full-day sewing camp is the perfect way for students to create something fun, functional, and personal that they can use all summer long. In Sew a Personalized Camp Tote Bag, students will use a sewing machine to create a durable tote bag and personalize it to reflect their own style. From choosing fabrics to adding names, initials, patches, or decorative details, each student will leave with a one-of-a-kind camp tote—perfect for carrying camp essentials, books, towels, or everyday items. Designed for both beginners and students with some sewing experience, this camp focuses on creativity, confidence, and hands-on sewing skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Students will: Use a sewing machine Cut, pin, and sew fabric Create a functional tote bag Personalize their bag with their name, initials, patches, or appliqué Practice finishing details for a polished final project Each tote bag is designed with camp in mind, making it a meaningful and practical piece students will be excited to use throughout the summer. No prior sewing experience is required.
