TEEN FASHION SUMMER CAMP - NYC

Service Description

NOTE: THIS ONE WEEK CAMP WILL TAKE PLACE IN NEW YORK CITY* (We will meet at the Syosset Train Station and will be taking the train together) Join us for a week of fashion education in the heart of New York's Fashion District! In addition to the tours and the field trips, students will be gathering ideas and sketching their inspirations and designs to create a mini Illustration collection. This camp includes: - Visits to Fabric Stores and trim stores (including MOOD - featured on Project Runway) - Tour around the Fashion Industry and Fashion Avenue - Meetings at Fashion Design Companies with designers, merchandisers and graphic artists - Visit to the MET (Metropolitan Museum of Art) - Visit to the FIT MUSEUM - Walks thru 5TH Avenue and visits to major retailers Please bring bagged lunch. On Friday we will be having lunch in NYC and lunch is on us! > Students must arrive to Syosset Train Station by 9:20. Train departs at 9:39AM to NYC. Train arrives back at Syosset at 4:39PM from NYC.
