Service Description
4th–6th Grade Fashion Design & Sewing Our Winter/Spring session for 4th–6th graders is ideal for students who are ready to take their creativity, confidence, and sewing skills to the next level! Designed for both new and returning students, this program introduces the full process of fashion design — from concept and sketching to sewing and finishing real garments. No experience is needed — our curriculum is progressive and skill-based, allowing students to revisit essential techniques each session while advancing toward more detailed projects. Returning students will continue to grow their technical skills, while beginners receive the support they need to feel confident and inspired from the start. Throughout the semester, students will complete multiple projects, learning to design and sew clothing and accessories using sewing patterns, fabrics, and trims of their choice. The session culminates in our End-of-Semester Fashion Show in June (date TBD), where each designer debuts their original creations on the runway. Skills Students Will Learn: • Machine sewing and finishing techniques • Hand sewing and garment detailing • Upcycling and sustainable design • Cutting, pinning, ironing, and professional finishing • Working with patterns and fabric selection • Creating mood boards and exploring trends • Sketching and fashion illustration • Designing a mini collection

Cancellation Policy
OUR POLICIES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY CLASSES, CAMPS & WORKSHOPS To maintain a focused and enriching environment, enrollment is limited in all of our classes, camps, and workshops. Payments: If you register early and select the “Cash” payment option, payment must be made within 10 days to secure your spot. After 10 days, unpaid registrations will be released to others. Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? No problem. Your payment will be credited and can be used toward any class, camp, or service. Cancellations: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will receive a full credit that can be applied toward any other service. Makeup Classes: Students enrolled in a semester-based class may make up any missed sessions within the same semester only. Makeups do not carry over into future semesters. If We Cancel: In the rare event that The Fashionable Stylista cancels a class, camp, or workshop, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request, with a 10% administrative fee applied.
