Service Description
Teen Fashion Design & Sewing (7th–12th Grade) Our Winter/Spring Teen Fashion Design & Sewing program is designed for creative students in grades 7 through 12 who are ready to take their passion for fashion to the next level. Whether they are beginners learning to sew for the first time or advanced students developing their own collections, each designer works toward individual goals in a supportive and inspiring environment. No experience is needed. Our curriculum is progressive and skill based, allowing students to advance at their own pace while mastering both the technical and creative aspects of fashion design. Returning students will take on more complex projects and refine their portfolios, while newcomers build a strong foundation to bring their ideas to life. Throughout the semester, students complete a series of fashion design projects that encourage creativity, discipline, and artistic expression, from mood boards and illustrations to fully constructed garments. The program concludes with our End of Semester Fashion Show in June (date TBD), where students present their original work and showcase their growth as emerging designers. Skills Students Will Learn: • Advanced machine and hand sewing techniques • Pattern use, garment fitting, and construction • Draping and textile exploration • Fashion illustration and technical sketching • Mood boards and trend research • Upcycling and sustainable design practices • Portfolio development and presentation • Designing and producing a cohesive collection

Cancellation Policy
OUR POLICIES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY CLASSES, CAMPS & WORKSHOPS To maintain a focused and enriching environment, enrollment is limited in all of our classes, camps, and workshops. Payments: If you register early and select the “Cash” payment option, payment must be made within 10 days to secure your spot. After 10 days, unpaid registrations will be released to others. Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? No problem. Your payment will be credited and can be used toward any class, camp, or service. Cancellations: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will receive a full credit that can be applied toward any other service. Makeup Classes: Students enrolled in a semester-based class may make up any missed sessions within the same semester only. Makeups do not carry over into future semesters. If We Cancel: In the rare event that The Fashionable Stylista cancels a class, camp, or workshop, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request, with a 10% administrative fee applied.
