Service Description
2nd–6th Grade Fashion Design & Sewing Our Winter/Spring 2nd–6th Grade Fashion Design & Sewing session welcomes both new and returning students who are ready to dream, design, and sew their very own fashion creations! This program combines creativity and skill-building as students learn to sew clothing and accessories while exploring all the steps of the fashion design process — from sketch to runway. No experience is needed — our curriculum is progressive and repetitive, designed to help each student learn at their own pace while reinforcing and advancing their skills each session. Returning students continue to refine their techniques, while beginners receive supportive, hands-on instruction to build a strong foundation in sewing and design. Throughout the semester, students will complete a series of fun and inspiring projects that encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression. The program concludes with our End-of-Semester Fashion Show in June (date TBD), where students proudly showcase their finished garments and original designs on the runway. Skills Students Will Learn: • Machine sewing and hand sewing techniques • Upcycling and creative reuse • Cutting, pinning, ironing, and finishing • Using sewing patterns to create garments • Sketching and fashion illustration • Mood boards and trend inspiration • Fabric selection and color stories • Designing and presenting a mini collection

Cancellation Policy
OUR POLICIES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY CLASSES, CAMPS & WORKSHOPS To maintain a focused and enriching environment, enrollment is limited in all of our classes, camps, and workshops. Payments: If you register early and select the “Cash” payment option, payment must be made within 10 days to secure your spot. After 10 days, unpaid registrations will be released to others. Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? No problem. Your payment will be credited and can be used toward any class, camp, or service. Cancellations: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will receive a full credit that can be applied toward any other service. Makeup Classes: Students enrolled in a semester-based class may make up any missed sessions within the same semester only. Makeups do not carry over into future semesters. If We Cancel: In the rare event that The Fashionable Stylista cancels a class, camp, or workshop, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request, with a 10% administrative fee applied.
