Service Description
1st–4th Grade Fashion Design & Sewing Our Winter/Spring session for 1st–4th graders invites both new and returning young designers to dive into the exciting world of fashion design and sewing! Students will learn how to sew real clothing pieces while exploring their creativity through sketching, mood boards, and fun hands-on projects that make every class a new adventure. No experience is needed — our curriculum is progressive and repetitive, allowing students to continue building on what they’ve learned while strengthening their skills and confidence each session. Every project reinforces key techniques, helping students master the foundations of sewing and design while expressing their individuality. Throughout the semester, students will complete a series of creative fashion projects that introduce them to the full design process — from sketch to runway! The session concludes with our End-of-Semester Fashion Show in June (date TBD), where students proudly showcase their handmade garments and designs on the runway. Skills Students Will Learn: • Sewing on a machine • Hand sewing techniques • Upcycling and creative reuse • Cutting, pinning, ironing, and finishing • Working with sewing patterns • Creating mood boards and exploring trends • Fashion sketching and illustration • Designing a mini collection

Cancellation Policy
OUR POLICIES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY CLASSES, CAMPS & WORKSHOPS To maintain a focused and enriching environment, enrollment is limited in all of our classes, camps, and workshops. Payments: If you register early and select the “Cash” payment option, payment must be made within 10 days to secure your spot. After 10 days, unpaid registrations will be released to others. Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? No problem. Your payment will be credited and can be used toward any class, camp, or service. Cancellations: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will receive a full credit that can be applied toward any other service. Makeup Classes: Students enrolled in a semester-based class may make up any missed sessions within the same semester only. Makeups do not carry over into future semesters. If We Cancel: In the rare event that The Fashionable Stylista cancels a class, camp, or workshop, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request, with a 10% administrative fee applied.
